Special education/special education specialist, outpatient educational support (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
Support and accompaniment of carers of children/young people with physical, mental or emotional disabilities or who are at risk of disabilities.
Advice and support for families in crisis or emergency situations as well as support in coping with their social challenges
The outpatient assistance according to SGB VIII (assistance for education) is aimed at the
Strengthening the parenting skills of educators and relieving their burden
Dealing with critical situations and challenges
Learning different conflict and action strategies
Reducing disadvantages
Individual, educational support for children and young people in the family.

What you bring with you:
Recognized technical/university degree or comparable qualification (specialist in autism, remedial education, social education, rehabilitation education, special education)
Experience working with children, young people and parents
Identification with the mission statement of JOLIBA eV (discrimination and racism-sensitive attitude, appreciative, transcultural and systemic working methods, resource orientation)
Working language: German
Multilingualism advantageous and desirable
Team and communication skills
