Our project “Participation makes you strong”, funded by the DSEE, is aimed particularly at BiPoC refugees from so-called third countries who have fled Ukraine.

• Media literacy courses

Professional career coaching

With our offer, we want to support young and adult refugees, primarily women, as they arrive and integrate into our society. We offer career-oriented coaching (5 double sessions). Participants have the opportunity to qualify for re-entry into working life through professional career coaching and career-oriented internships in companies and organizations that are part of our network.

Media literacy courses

In eight workshops to promote digital competence, participants have the chance to learn how to use computers, cameras and software and design methods. They learn how to develop their creativity through mind mapping and storytelling and how to design publications on social media.

We want to offer a “safe space” that gives participants the opportunity to share their experiences, process what they have experienced, expand their media skills, network with like-minded people and empower each other.

In a final presentation, the results of the talk shows and interviews will be published in the form of TV and online contributions in December 2022.
