Our Mission

JOLIBA eV is a recognized independent provider of educational support and is dedicated to the conceptualization and implementation of psychosocial services for children, young people and families in a transcultural context, especially families with a history of migration and/or flight, African or Afrodiasporic origins and black and refugee mothers. The concepts underlying our work include the specific experiences of transculturality, migration, war and flight experiences as well as experiences of discrimination and racism and intersectionality.

JOLIBA eVua's services include social-educational family support, supervised contact, crisis interventions and clearings, parenting support, intensive social-educational individual care and flexible support services, such as psychosocial counseling as well as the use of additional staff and language mediation.
We also offer social counseling and carry out various projects and workshops with children, young people and adults.
